called Bill on the weekend and he was extremely helpful on the phone willing to help me to do a self install. Since I had humidifiers on both my furnaces I wanted to do a pro-install. Bill was very prompt and arrived on-time. He was very knowledgeable and had both of my Nest thermostats installed with no issues. He also cleaned up a lot of the wiring in the furnace which was not cleanly done in by the home builder. He is very meticulous and detail orientated. I highly recommend Bill for a nest pro install.

Showed up on short notice, had a failed thermostat, very proficient installation professional job. Cleaned up after himself. Had all the parts and tools required, had excellent product knowledge and made set up of head unit very swift. Installer had excellent knowledge of the app and helped download and set up account on personal phone. Installer was able to answer all quastions related to other nest products. Will be looking into cameras and smoke detectors. 

He's knowledgable, considerate, patient, and funny. He did a great job installing the thermostat, assisted me with understanding how it works, humoured my curious sons, cleaned up after himself, and was a good conversationalist. 

Bill installed a Nest at my home and at my rental property along with two Nest Protects. Bill is confident and honest about the work that needs to be done. Prices are reasonable and service was fast and friendly.
